Shipping & Return Policies
All orders made Monday-Thursday before 6 PM est will ship the same day. We do not ship candles on Fridays, Saturdays, or Sundays due to heat and delayed shipping times.
USA Orders are shipped using UPS.

Domestic Delivery Information
A signature is not required on delivery, so if you are not home at the time of delivery your parcel will be left at the safest location deemed fit for the mail carrier.
If you do not want your package left unattended, please contact USPS to request a pick-up or schedule a time for delivery.
United Kingdom, Canada, & Australia:

Processing time is different from shipping time. Please allow 1-4 business days for processing. This is an estimate. This does not include weekends or holidays.
Processing time is not the same as delivery time. Excludes holidays/weekends.
We process, ship, and deliver packages Monday through Thursday (excluding holidays). At this time, we do not offer shipping or delivery on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. Following the processing of your order, you will receive an email notification of these details, followed by your tracking details for shipments.
Processing time may be delayed if your shipping address is questionable and or the order is flagged as a risk (we use this additional time to help ensure the security of your credit information). We may require proof of identification for the billing information received. In the event, there is an issue you will receive email notification of these details.
Once you have placed your order we can not revise or alter shipping options.
*** Note: All shipment methods come with tracking. If you do not live in a secure location please be wise about the shipping method you chose as standard mail couriers will not require a signature and packages will be left and any "secure" location deem fit to the mail carrier.
We are not responsible for lost packages in the mailing system.
We are not responsible for the incorrect address entered by you as the customer.
A restocking fee will be charged if you do not claim your item and it is returned. The charge will be 20% of the total charge per item.
Separate packages in the same order:
In some instances, an order may be split into different packages for any of the following reasons:
Certain items may be on backorder
Weight restrictions for regular shipping imposed by the post office
There will be a tracking number for each package
Cancellation of Orders/Pre Order Items and Out of Stock Items
Chè Lux Boutique will make every attempt to contact the customer in the event of out-of-stock inventory.
Taxes and Duties
All applicable custom fees, taxes, and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Custom authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package. It is at the sole discretion of custom agents to release your package. Note, on rare occasions, customs agents may delay the delivery of some packages.
Policy and Terms
By placing an order at Chè Lux Boutique, you are responsible for original shipping charges, all applicable custom import fees, and the cost of return shipping back to Chè Lux Boutique. This also applies to any shipments that are refused/unclaimed by you at delivery. You are also indicating that you are the true holder of the card and/or authorized to use the card for purchases.

Orders can not be canceled after 24 hours. Any exceptions will incur a 5% fee to process. No cancellations will be made after an item has shipped. No exceptions.
Returns & Exchanges
We have a 30-day return/exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return/exchange.
To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unburned or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
