New Account Information:

Ché Lux has a $400 minimum order for new customers and a $250 minimum for all subsequent orders. New accounts require approval from the Ché Lux office and a territory conflict evaluation.

Minimum Advertised Pricing (MAP):

Ché Lux products are sold at retail prices, as per the brand’s suggested MSRP. We reserve the right to refuse orders from retailers selling below the Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) or on third-party platforms. Upon opening an account, all our retailers receive Ché Lux’s MAP Policy for their acknowledgment.

Selling Ché Lux in Your Store:

Currently, we mandate that retailers maintain a physical brick-and-mortar store. Consequently, we do not approve accounts that are exclusively online or are intended for resale through other channels.
